The Margin

The Grafstate Margin is the panel on the right-hand side of the Shell. The Margin contains information to help you while you are exploring examples or creating a document.

The following options control the information visible in the Margin∶

Icon	Meaning
	Hide the Margin.
	Show the Margin.
	Open the Margin Notes for text about various topics.
	Return to the main Margin tab.
	Go to the previous page. This applies to both the Help and the Margin Notes.
	Pin an item from your document to the margin. Right-click on an item in your document and select Pin to the Margin.
	Unpin an item from the margin. Right-click on an item in your document that is pinned to the Margin and select Unpin from the Margin.
